Chase is expanding its swanky airport lounges to more terminals in Phoenix, San Diego, and beyond, broadening access for card members.
The credit card company will open five new Chase Sapphire Lounges by The Club starting this month, Chase shared with Travel + Leisure. These will join the company’s current locations in the United States in both New York and Boston.
“When we opened our first domestic lounge, we were clear that expanding our footprint and elevating the on-trip experience for our Sapphire Reserve cardmembers was a priority,” Dana Pouwels, the head of airport lounge benefits at Chase, said in a statement shared with T+L. “Our openings in Phoenix and San Diego, in addition to the expansion of lounge access in locations where our customers live and travel, continues along our goal of delivering this highly sought after benefit.”

To start, Chase will open its lounge in Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) on Tuesday. The lounge, located in Terminal 4 in the South 1 (S1) Concourse, will feature an indoor “patio,” a retrofitted Airstream food truck, and a curated wine list.
Then on Dec. 6, the company will open a more than 10,000-square-foot lounge in San Diego International Airport (SAN) in Terminal 2. That lounge will feature a wellness area with bookable private rest pods, on-demand digital meditations, surfboards designed by a local muralist, and a digital wall with drone footage of the San Diego coastline.
Following that, Chase plans to open lounges at airports in Philadelphia in early 2025, in Las Vegas in mid-2025, and in Los Angeles.

Travelers with a Chase Sapphire Reserve card, a J.P. Morgan Reserve card, or The Ritz-Carlton Credit Card can access the lounges with an activated Priority Pass. Non-Chase Priority Pass members can access a Chase lounge once each calendar year for free and must pay $75 per person, per visit after that.
In addition to the new lounges, Chase cardmembers will also now have access to more than 20 select Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounges and Air Canada Cafés when they are flying on a departing or connecting Star Alliance airline flight.
