Collette is ushering in a new era of business partnership with the launch of its groundbreaking Encompass Campaign.
This innovative initiative introduces a comprehensive suite of tools meticulously crafted to support travel advisors in their journey to learn, grow, and network effectively. By offering 360-degree support at every step, Collette aims to revolutionize the advisor experience.
Developed in close collaboration with advisors and industry experts, the Encompass Campaign presents user-friendly tools designed to instill confidence, provide robust support and foster growth within the advisor community. Collette's commitment to continuous enhancement ensures that these tools will evolve to meet advisors' changing needs, providing timely support when it matters most.
At the heart of this campaign is the Travel Advisor Portal, a centralized hub accessible through a secure login.
This one-stop shop for all things Collette empowers advisors to deepen their understanding of the company and expand their business at their own pace. The portal houses an array of resources, including Collette University for learning, MyCollette for self-service operations, marketing tools, customizable resources, access to virtual events and the Travel Advisor Network – a private Facebook group fostering community engagement.
Collette University stands out as a cornerstone of the campaign, offering quick, information-packed courses developed in partnership with travel advisors and industry professionals. With segments lasting less than seven minutes each, the platform features nine unique courses in its Advisor Learning 101 program. Completing all nine courses rewards advisors with a prestigious Collette Specialist badge and certificate. The curriculum covers product lines, guided travel sales techniques, and strategies for business growth, with more content continually in development.
MyCollette revolutionizes how advisors manage their business by providing unprecedented visibility into their bookings. This enhanced self-service system allows advisors to view group and individual bookings, access reservation details, review flight schedules, plan follow-ups via a convenient calendar and manage client invoices effortlessly.
Complementing these digital tools is the Travel Advisor Resource Guide, an 80-page "yearbook" tailored specifically for advisors. This comprehensive guide is packed with valuable content to elevate their business, including product line positioning, strategies for group business growth, Collette traveler profiles, essential tools and resources, social media tips and in-depth regional analyses.
