Delta and Shake Shack Are Expanding Their Partnership to More Flights—What to Know

Delta Air Lines is adding a 17th route from the U.S. mainland to Hawaii this coming winter — and is connecting its Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) hub with a new Hawaiian island in the process.

London Heathrow Airport (LHR) will be closed all day today (Friday, March 21) due to a fire at a nearby electricity substation, which has caused a “significant power outage across the airport," a Heathrow spokesperson says. The fire has been contained and the cause is currently under investigation.

Delta's SkyMiles loyalty program has made a small but potentially valuable change to its redemption pricing: carrier-imposed surcharges on Delta-operated flights commencing in Europe to the United States are no longer payable.
