If you don't mind waiting then legendary Sorbillo is unmissable. Another family pizzeria, this one opened in 1935 and is now a fixture on the tourist map of Naples. It's never quiet, but the pizzas are great and known for their local ingredients.
You'll find the original and best Sorbillo pizzas served up in the old town which is one of the most intriguing parts of the city and good base for exploring, so think about booking Domusvelata in its historic heart.

For the most traditional pizzeria in Naples, head to Da Michele in the Forcella district. It's another tourist haunt, which doesn't affect the authenticity, it simply means you can always expect to wait in line.
