A getaway to French Polynesia just got cheaper.  Air Tahiti Nui recently announced a fare sale from Seattle and other markets to the islands of Tahiti and Bora Bora, with deals starting at $750 round-trip.  The primary deal applies to the Seattle, WA (SEA) to Papeete, Tahiti (PPT) route, where the airline has discounted the round-trip flight to $750, a spokesperson for Air Tahiti Nui shared with Travel + Leisure.  The fare also includes checked bags and meals, ensuring that it isn’t a slimmed-down low-cost fare where travelers are on the hook for extras. Travelers can book the fare on Air Tahiti's website through May 31, 2025, for travel until December 31, 2025. Airfares to Tahiti from Seattle can often reach a peak of $1,420 round-trip, according to Google Flight data, so the fare sale could be helpful for travelers seeking a discounted way to explore and visit the tropical islands.  While the Seattle route may offer the most significant savings, travelers in other cities can also score a deal.
