A new gift idea for the traveler who has it all just landed.
Luxury tour operator Abercrombie & Kent recently unveiled two new private jet itineraries for 2026, and updated two existing ones. The programs will take travelers on curated journeys to off-the-grid, or hard to reach destinations. The firm operates the month-long excursions in February, May, September, and October and they sweep through multiple counties and destinations around the world on a private jet.
One of the new programs, «Iconic Wonders,» lasts 23 days and has travelers journeying on A&K's new Amazon River boat, then jetting off to Easter Island, Fiji, and Australia's Great Barrier Reef. This is followed by a dinner in Angkor Wat, wandering Jaipur, the Taj Mahal, a safari in Kenya, and exploring ancient Greece in Athens. The other new trip is actually led by A&K's legendary founder, Geoffrey Kent, and criss-crosses the world from the Cook Islands to Australia, Indonesia, India, Mozambique, Cote d’Ivoire, and Portugal.
Other journeys have been updated. The $169,950-per-person «Tropics to the Arctic» lasts 26 days, and departs from Boston to Cartagena, Columbia. The tour visits Easter Island, French Polynesia, Solomon Islands, South Korea, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Armenia, and Iceland before returning to Boston.
Each flight is limited to a maximum of 48 passengers on the private jet.
The tour operator shared with Travel + Leisure that they have seen a surge in repeat booking rates for the private jet trips, which inspired them to go back to the drawing table to curate and update each itinerary,
“Whether it’s swimming with whale sharks in the Philippines or discovering the cultural richness of Côte d’Ivoire, these journeys reflect Abercrombie & Kent’s commitment to offering unparalleled, one-of-a-kind adventures year after year,” Abercrombie & Kent’s Senior Vice President of Private Jet and Special Interest Travel Ann Epting shared in a statement to T+L.
To pull off the global itineraries, the tour operator charters a Boeing 757 which includes 48 flat-bed seats, complete with a dedicated cabin crew and chef, known as the “Onboard Dream Team”.
