Xaynor is being constructed by Neom over Gulf of Aqaba’s coastline in Saudi Arabia
Neom in Saudi Arabia, which is a $500 billion mega project is going to have another billion-dollar mega structure by the name of Xaynor.
Neom’s Xaynor is a tourism project in the futuristic mega city. It has been described as “a beachfront private members club, nestled among the rocky landscapes along the pristine coastline of the Gulf of Aqaba,” according to Al Arabiya English.
Xaynor has been considered a pivotal addition to the burgeoning northwest Saudi Arabian development in a statement by Neom.
Offering a serene sanctuary away from the hustle of everyday life, Xaynor aims to give an exclusive retreat where resident members can bask in the untouched luxury of the Gulf of Aqaba’s coastline.
“With its striking architectural design and thoughtfully curated interior, Xaynor elevates comfort and sophistication, creating an environment primed for leisure, relaxation, entertainment, and conversation,” Neom said.
A stunning canopy entrance that harmonises with the natural landscape will welcome the guests upon their arrival and direct them to the pristine shores.
Allowing guests the choice of seclusion or socialising with expansive communal areas, the structure of Xaynor easily integrates hidden enclaves.
