Carnival Cruise Line is unveiling a newly enhanced version of its Learn & Earn training platform for travel advisors.
Included as part of its Loyalty Rocks! program, the training platform now includes new curriculum options and more than 50 video-based courses. Topics range from ship overviews to industry trends to social media training.
Travel advisors who participate in the training program can earn perks, including double Loyalty Rocks! reward points for each course completed and a 50-point bonus at graduation. Points can then be redeemed for gift cards, merchandise and Travel Agents Rock t-shirts.
Carnival Cruise Line first introduced its Loyalty Rocks! Learn & Earn training program in 2019. Since then, it’s grown in popularity, with travel advisors completing more than 500,000 classes each year. More than 10,000 advisors graduate each year, too.
“The travel industry, especially cruising, has experienced unprecedented growth in the past two years, and these updates to our training program will help travel advisors capitalize on the opportunity that growth presents,” says Meegan Broussard, senior director of trade marketing and sales communications for Carnival Cruise Line.
“We’ve enjoyed a great amount of success together with our travel advisor partners and our Learn & Earn courses are a great way of continuing to build toward more success for the future,” Broussard continued.
