American Airlines is partnering with Stand Up To Cancer (SU2C) to help travelers earn more miles when they donate to help fight cancer. Those who donate can earn 25 bonus AAdvantage® miles per $1 donated. This promotion is only available for a few more weeks, so act quickly to get bonus miles and help others.
How To Earn 25 Bonus American Airlines AAdvantage® Miles
Earn 25 bonus miles per dollar donated through September 30, 2023, by visiting StandUpToCancer.org/american-airlines-donate-25-mile and clicking the “Donate Now” button. There is a minimum $25 donation that is required. By donating the minimum amount required of $25, travelers earn 625 American Airlines AAdvantage® miles.

All donations received go to Stand Up To Cancer. Only contributions in U.S. dollars will be accepted.
Unfortunately, bonus miles won’t count toward status qualification. Also, it may take up to 12 weeks for miles to be deposited into accounts.
