Rental Escapes has expanded its reach into new global destinations – New Zealand, Mexico, Colombia, Spain and the US – while adding more inventory in South Africa and France.
“Our expansion into new markets allows our travel partners to present their clients with an even more diverse array of top-of-the-line rental options in some of the world’s most desirable destinations,” said Rental Escapes Chief Executive Officer Brian Schwimmer.
“We are committed to providing our guests with access to the finest accommodations globally.”
Here are just a handful examples of new villas that have come online.
In New Zealand, travel advisors can book their clients Hillbrook Estate, which is set on 123 acres overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
In Sayulita, Mexico, Rental Escapes options that include the 4,000-square-foot, ecofriendly Tree House; and in Cartagena, Colombia, the Casa de Alba in a renovated 16th-century colonial mansion.
Just outside of Barcelona, Spain, Ibiza Style, a six-rom villa inside a gated community features an array of amenities, including generously sized living areas, a pool, garden and pond, and Jacuzzi and Finnish sauna.
In the US, new villas include Moonlight Peak at the 120-acre Topnotch Resort in Stowe Vermont; and the 15-guest Big Red Barn situated north of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
“With rising interest for luxurious villas in South Africa and France, Rental Escapes has expanded its portfolio in these sought-after destinations,” Rental Escapes said.

JetBlue is on the move with new flight routes, while saying goodbye to others. Ahead of the winter travel season, the airline will add a variety of new routes to popular destinations such as Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, and Phoenix. “These moves underscore JetBlue's commitment to refining its network while leveraging its award-winning experience,” the airline shared in a release announcing the news. In the New York area, the airline will begin new service from Long Island’s MacArthur Airport (ISP), with a new daily flight to Orlando, and also service to Fort Lauderdale (FLL) and West Palm Beach (VPS) four times a week.
