Ryanair's O'Leary: eDreams CEO Is 'Spoofing His Shareholders'

There's something extremely nostalgic about visiting a college town after Labor Day. Even on a warm day, there's a crispness in the air. Fall is on its way as campuses hum with activity and fans cheer on their favorite college teams at packed stadiums.

United Airlines CEO Scott Kirby warned Tuesday that legislative meddling is a threat to popular airline loyalty programs.

Dianna and Michael Norton both dreamed of visiting the U.K. She's an English history buff fascinated by things like the Tower of London and the Crown Jewels, and Michael had always wanted to see Stonehenge. A great flight deal is as easy as a click away. Allegiant Airlines recently published dozens of last minute flight deals with fares under $50 to popular destinations including Las Vegas, Orlando, Phoenix, and more. The flights have availability throughout September and October, which can be helpful for passengers making last-minute bookings, which can often be very expensive as the flight’s departure date becomes closer.  The deals are posted on Allegiant’s website, and listed as limited quantities. For example, travelers can fly from Knoxville to Punta Gorda / Ft. Myers for only $33 one-way, or from Las Vegas to Provo, Utah for $38 one-way. All of the last-minute fares are in Allegiant's «Basic» category of service, which only includes one personal item. A winter getaway vacation just got cheaper. Delta Air Lines recently unveiled a limited-time deal on award redemptions through their SkyMiles program for flights in January 2025. The deals, as low as 17,000 miles round-trip plus taxes, include flights to popular destinations such as Bahamas, Tulum, Mexico; and Turks and Caicos.
