Ibiza, Palma de Mallorca, and Crete will be the most frequently served destinations.
Discover Airlines, a recent addition to the Lufthansa Group, is launching an extensive range of flights from Munich Airport to numerous vacation destinations in time for the summer 2024 flight schedule. Discover Airlines, which bills itself as a “leisure airline”, is stationing five Airbus A320s at Munich Airport for this purpose. It will operate almost 70 departures per week to 23 destinations in Europe and North Africa. The airline’s destinations are mainly in Greece, the Canary Islands, and the Balearic Islands, as well as selected locations in mainland Spain, Tunisia, Morocco, Bulgaria and Turkey. Ibiza, Palma de Mallorca, and Crete will be the most frequently served destinations.
A special check-in and departure process awaits Discover Airlines passengers at Munich Airport. For logistical reasons, the airline’s check-in and baggage drop-off counters are located in the central area of Terminal 1 (T1Z), while boarding, departures and arrivals are in Terminal 2.
