HELSINKI – Bob W, the tech-powered hospitality provider, has exchanged contracts to launch a 67-unit serviced apartment building in Vienna, marking its first opening in Austria.
The operator has signed a long-term lease agreement with Viennese developer Peter Pilz & Partner Projektentwicklungs GmbH for a 2,000 sq m building, located in the Austrian capital’s historic Heiligenstädter Strasse.
