Tommyrotter Roycrofter made with Tommyrotter Vodka
This small batch vodka can be used to make a slightly savory and very tasty drink. You will need 1.5 oz. Tommyrotter , 0.75 oz. Rosemary Syrup, 0.75 oz. fresh grapefruit juice, 0.5 oz. fresh lemon juice and a rosemary sprig.
Directions: Combine all ingredients except the rosemary in a shaker with ice and shake. Strain and pour into a coupe glass. Garnish with sprig of rosemary.
Jubilee Punch by Tiffanie Barriere featuring Sorel Liqueur
Remember when a holiday punch bowl was the main attraction? Recreate the fun with this sophisticated punch. You will need 750ml Sorel Liqueur, 1.25 cups Ten to One White Rum, 1.25 cups lemon juice, 1.25 cups pure cane syrup, 10 cups Earl Stevens Sparkling Watermelon Wine, and an assortment of berries for garnish.
Directions: This one is easy. Pour everything into a punch bowl with ice and stir. Add a few cranberries and you are all set.
The Speyside 75 featuring Tulchan Gin
Indulge in a cocktail that uses this Scottish gin. To create this refreshing beverage, you will need: 1 part Tulchan™ Gin, 3 parts Prosecco DOC, ½ part fresh lemon juice and ½ part sugar syrup.
Directions: Add the Tulchan Gin, syrup and lemon to a shaker and fill with ice, shake vigorously and double strain into a chilled champagne flute. You then top your flute with champagne or prosecco and gently stir.
A Velvet Godfather made with Disaronno
For a fruity twist made with this Italian favorite, combine: 1 part Disaronno Velvet, 1 part Busker Blended Irish Whiskey, and 2 tablespoons of apricot jam.
Directions: Shake all ingredients together and pour over ice.
An expresso martini featuring Tia Maria
If you enjoy cold brew coffee, you will love this cold brew coffee liqueur that is crafted with 100% Arabica coffee. A coffee martini is a great way to begin an evening of fun and can be made with 1oz. Tia Maria Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur, 1oz. Vodka and a shot of expresso.
Directions: Fill a martini glass with ice and set aside to chill. Pour Tia Maria, vodka and espresso into a cocktail shaker. Fill the rest of the shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Empty the chilled martini glass and pour in the contents of the shaker using a strainer and sieve. For a professional appearance, add three coffee beans.
