Disney Cruise Line is sharing more details about its newest ship, Disney Destiny, including its inaugural sailing date and some itinerary details.
The 4,000-guest vessel will debut on November 20, 2025, from Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The ship’s first cruise will be a four-night itinerary that stops at Disney Castaway Cay and Disney Lookout Cay.
From there, the Disney Cruise Line vessel will offer 4- and 5-night cruises to The Bahamas and Western Caribbean. Each sailing will include a stop at either Disney Castaway Cay and Disney Lookout Cay—or, in some cases, both. Other destinations include Nassau, Bahamas, and Cozumel, Mexico. Bookings open September 12.
The cruise line also shared new renderings of the “Pirates of the Caribbean”-themed bar aboard the ship, Cask and Cannon. The pub will feature treasures from around the globe that have been “pillaged and pilfered,” according to Disney Parks Blog. The menu will feature rare, vintage and specialty rums, as well as “bootlegged” brews developed specially for the venue.
“Rumor has it that the savviest treasure-hunters may even uncover a mysterious trove of looted libations served in an actual treasure chest,” according to the blog.
Disney Destiny will have a “heroes and villains” theme, complete with Marvel stories and characters, “Hercules”-inspired staterooms and many other features.
