Explora Journeys is celebrating the one-year anniversary of its ship Explora I this month with a special offer for travelers.
The 922-guest ship set sail on her maiden voyage on August 1, 2023, marking the first of six luxury ships in the small-but-growing Explora Journeys’ fleet. (Explora II is on track to debut in September.)
In the last year, Explora I has visited 119 ports in 45 countries, whisking travelers away to destinations in the Caribbean, Northern Europe and America. At the moment, the ship is sailing in the Eastern Mediterranean.
“We have received incredibly high levels of satisfaction from the guests that have sailed with us so far which, naturally, we are all delighted to hear,” says Achille Staiano, chief commercial officer for Explora Journeys. “Each journey has allowed our guests to discover the ocean state of mind.”
In honor of this milestone, the company is offering guests an onboard credit of $395 per suite on new bookings made between now and August 31. The promotion is valid on sailings departing August 23 and beyond.
Explora Journeys is also hosting events and celebrations onboard the ship through the month of August, including performances by Magali Dahan, Ben Mills and Francesco Parrino. Guests can also sip a signature celebration cocktail, enjoy a special dessert and indulge in an anniversary brunch at Emporium Marketplace.
