Theo Bortoluzzi, former Business Development Manager of global hospitality firm, Kerten Hospitality has been named Director of Development at Italian hybrid hospitality brand, 21 House of Stories.
Bortoluzzi is joining 21 House of Stories after over 4 years at Kerten Hospitality where he was responsible for the development and growth of the group’s brands, directly contributing to the signing of 13+ contracts across the EMEA region.
At 21 House of Stories – an innovative Italian hybrid brand that is offering people a place to stay, eat, drink, work and connect, all under one roof – Bortoluzzi will be overseeing the overall development strategy and contributing to bringing the brand’s ambitious growth plans to life. The hotel group is currently pursuing development opportunities through lease and management contracts in metropolitan cities across Europe.
