Frontier Airlines will celebrate the world’s biggest rodeo in Las Vegas by giving away a free trip and putting one million flights on sale across the country starting at just $29.
The sale flights, which must be booked by 11:59 pm ET on Oct. 10, will be valid for one-way nonstop travel across the United States, the Caribbean, and Mexico through Dec 18, according to the airline. Promotional fares are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays.
In addition, Frontier will reward one lucky traveler and their three guests with a trip to the rodeo complete with four roundtrip flights, a two-room, two-night stay at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino, four pairs of Justin Boots, and tickets to the National Finals Rodeo in December. The sweepstakes is open to enter through Oct. 22.
“We can’t wait to fly our lucky winner and their guests to Las Vegas for the rodeo experience of a lifetime,” Tyri Squyres, the vice president of marketing at Frontier Airlines, said in a statement. “Plus, with our 1 Million Seat Sale kicking off today, everyone is a winner, regardless of where you’re traveling.”
When it comes to the sale, there are a few catches, including several blackout dates from Nov. 11 to 12, Nov. 26 to 27, Nov. 30, and from Dec 1 to 2. Additionally, customers must book at least seven days in advance of their flight, and valid travel dates vary in some destinations.
As an ultra-low cost carrier, Frontier charges passengers for all extras like seat assignments and baggage allowance. However, the airline recently introduced more inclusive fares like its new economic business class and its “UpFront Plus” option, which allows travelers to purchase seats in the first two rows with a blocked middle seat.
Earlier this year, Frontier also eliminated nearly all change and cancellation fees.
