Saša Krajinović is a distinguished hospitality professional renowned for his strategic vision and exceptional leadership skills. Before joining Lošinj Hotels & Villas, Saša served as the Director of Hotel Operations at Jadran d.d, demonstrating a keen understanding of organisational management, budgeting, and inventory management. His commitment to employee training and development significantly improved operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Saša served as the Corporate F&B Director at Jadran d.d, where he played a pivotal role in revenue management and implementing standard operating procedures. His contributions were instrumental in successfully launching Grand Hotel View 4*, showcasing his expertise in menu creation and pricing strategy development.
Saša’s journey in the hospitality industry began at Valamar Riviera, where he honed his skills as F&B Deputy Manager and later as F&B Manager. He then served as the F&B Director of multiple venues in the Maistra company for three years.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Saša has furthered his education with a specialisation in the Food and Beverage Department. His commitment to continuous improvement led him to pursue an Executive MBA at Les Roches Crans Montana, Switzerland, where he became the first Croatian to undergo this prestigious programme.
