HONOLULU, HI – Highgate, a leading hotel management, investment and development company, has appointed Scott Kawasaki as Director of Sales & Marketing of the new Renaissance Honolulu Hotel & Spa, set to celebrate its grand opening in March 2024. In his new role, Kawasaki will lead all sales efforts to maximize revenue and overall profit, as well as oversee all marketing and public relations strategies.
With over nearly three decades of experience in the hospitality industry, Kawasaki brings an exceptional record of achievement to his new role. He most recently served as Area Director of Sales & Strategy, Asia, for Highgate’s Hawaii portfolio. Prior, he served as the Director of Sales & Marketing at The Royal Hawaiian, a Luxury Collection Resort and Director of Public Relations for Starwood Hotels & Resorts Waikiki.
