Chip and Joanna Gaines gave their fans a first look at their new hotel on Friday.
The Gaineses have been in the process of turning a 100-year-old building in their hometown Waco, Texas, into a boutique hotel called Hotel 1928.
They built the hotel, which is named after the year it was first completed, in partnership with Adventurous Journeys Capital Partners, according to a Magnolia press release shared with Insider.
Chip and Joanna documented the renovation project for a new series on their Magnolia Network called "Fixer Upper: The Hotel."
The limited series will have six half-hour episodes, and it will premiere on Magnolia Network, MAX, and Discovery+ on November 8, according to a Magnolia press release.
The network released a trailer for the series on Friday, offering a sneak peek at Chip and Jo's latest project.
The 50,000-square-foot, three-floor property has 33 rooms, and it boasts a spacious library and event space.
According to the hotel's website, it has four different styles of rooms, and they vary in price depending on when you're going to visit. The lowest rate Insider saw for a room as of Friday was $405 per night.
Hotel 1928 sits in downtown Waco, and according to its website, it includes three dining areas in addition to its lodgings: a rooftop restaurant called Berties, a bar and restaurant named The Brasserie, and a café.
"It's the largest, most complicated sized project we've ever done in our whole careers," Chip said of the renovation in the trailer.
Chip and Joanna's latest project will help them expand their already impressive footprint in Waco, which they have been growing since before "Fixer Upper" even premiered on HGTV.
The hotel sits within walking distance of the couple's Silos shopping center, which features popular tourist destinations like Magnolia Market and Magnolia Home, and it's also a short drive away from their restaurant Magnolia Table, their original store the Little Shop on Bosque, and the castle they renovated in town, which they also featured in a Magnolia TV show.
The Gaineses auctioned off the castle in July after allowing fans to tour the property for a limited time.
They're also selling Magnolia House, a two-home property they turned into a bed and breakfast in 2015. A sale on the house, which was listed for $995,000, is currently pending, according to its listing. The couple originally purchased the property for just $190,000, as they shared on "Fixer Upper" at the time.
But they are maintaining ownership of Hillcrest Estate, a five-bedroom home in Waco that they rent out on Airbnb.
"Fixer Upper: The Hotel" will air on Magnolia Network on November 8 at 9 p.m. ET.
