Quito is home to an extensive program of tourist experiences, offering local, national, and international visitors the chance to explore and uncover the gastronomic, cultural, and architectural riches of Ecuador’s capital.
Through Quito Turismo, locals and tourists alike can enjoy experiences that reveal the city’s history and significance. From getting a close-up look at its buildings, monuments and museums to participating in religious and ancestral events, these activities showcase the capital’s diverse heritage.

Subsidized by the Municipality of Quito, these tourist experiences are affordably priced between $10 and $20, depending on whether tours are in urban or rural areas. Typically, the experience includes guided tours, access to museums or tourist sites, meals and sometimes transportation and souvenirs.
