Veganuary was inititated by a UK non-profit organisation ten years ago to encourage people worldwide to try vegan for January and beyond. Millions of people have signed up to their one-month vegan pledge since 2014 and the number of vegan food products continues to grow. To make things easier, the organisation offers to send anyone willing to take the challenge their celebrity cookbook, meal plans and recipes – all for free. And here are 15 new food and drink products recommended for anyone going vegan this month and beyond.

There’s something magical about a journey by train.
Sitting at the Cave Bar at Rock House, on the Turks & Caicos Islands’ main island Providenciales, it’s easy to think that you’re on an island in the Cyclades: the resort is hilltop; built into a 75 foot limestone cliff; overlooking turquoise water and surrounded by walls composed of chiseled white stones. Mark Durliat, CEO of Grace Bay Resorts, of which this resort is a part, and his wife honeymooned in Greece, apparently, and transferred the romantic ambience (and Mediterranean cuisine) they encountered there to this nearly two year old resort. And it’s working: I checked in at the same time as a newlywed couple from New York and every day other couples were lined up by the pool, in the hideaway hillside terraces and on the 130 foot jetty decked out with loungers.

Getting married is an expensive business. After all those celebrations, you just don’t feel like splurging.
Over the last five years, the world has changed a lot. A global pandemic ground much of the global population to a halt with travel the most restricted it's ever been in my lifetime – and most likely yours too. Russia’s war on Ukraine and now Israel’s war on Hamas in Gaza are causing shockwaves around the world, reshaping the statuses of countries and the rights of their citizens.
Rather than a city with a single, unified style, London is a collection of distinct neighborhoods, each with their own unique character. One walk around the British capital and you’ll discover the distinction is marked by the architecture of each—from the pastel flat facades of Notting Hill to the stately, stark white townhouses of Kensington to the 19th century, industrial brick buildings of the South Bank.
