To choose the winners, Resonance compared six categories: place (air quality, weather, crime rate, outdoor activities, commute time); product (university rankings, airports, entertainment, housing affordability); programming (shopping, culture, nightlife, cuisine); people (immigration rate and diversity); prosperity (employment rate, GDP, household income); and promotion (TripAdvisor reviews, Instagram Hashtags, Google search results).

The latest study from J.D. Power proves something you might have already suspected: Air travelers aren’t too happy. The 2019 North America Airport Satisfaction Study found that travelers’ satisfaction with domestic airports plateaued this year amidst widespread delays and crowds.
