Bobbi Storm was just nominated for two Grammy Awards, but that's not why she made headlines over the weekend.
On Saturday, she posted an Instagram video showing a confrontation between her and a Delta Air Lines crew member on a recent flight.

According to the footage, Storm was attempting to sing her new gospel song, "We Can't Forget Him," prompting the crew member to repeatedly ask that she "be quiet" and threatening to remove her from the flight. Although Storm agreed to stop at one point, she began singing after the crew member walked away.
A Delta Air Lines representative told Insider the company has been in contact with Storm, adding, "For the safety of our customers and crew, it's always important to follow crew instructions."
Storm confirmed that Delta Air Lines reached out in a follow-up video on Saturday and added that she didn't want the crew member to face repercussions for the interaction.
"I simply want us to keep in mind how to treat each other," Storm said in the video.
Since Storm posted the video, it's gained more than 21,000 likes and generated a debate about behavior on flights.
Here's what we know about the singer-songwriter.
According to Storm's IMDb page, she's a Detroit native born in June 1987. At one point, she signed a production deal with Songbook Entertainment — but it's unclear if she's still affiliated with the label. Her bio also said she's worked with Makeba Riddick Woods, a songwriter and producer responsible for several popular hits like Eminem and Rihanna's 2010 single, "Love the Way You Lie."
After "Poor Dat," Storm's second single, "Lazy Love," hit streaming platforms in July 2018. More recently, Storm dropped "We Can't Forget Him" in September 2023.
Per Storm's IMDb bio, she was a "trap choir" member who performed with 2 Chainz and Gucci Mane while they promoted their single, "Good Drank," in 2017.
She's also appeared on the Fox series "Star" and performed at Oprah Winfrey's Legends Ball in 2005.
Maverick City Music, a Christian singing group, was recently nominated for best gospel album and best contemporary Christian music performance/song.
Storm is a featured vocalist on Maverick City Music's latest album, "The Maverick Way Complete." She sings on the tracks "Nobody Greater" and "Firm Foundation (He's Gonna Make a Way)."

The line for croissants forms early outside Lannan Bakery in the Edinburgh neighborhood of Stockbridge, where the self-taught baker Darcie Maher has been whipping up intricate pastries since the end of July. The name Lannan comes from a Gaelic word meaning “house,” and Maher’s choice of baked goods is intentionally nostalgic. Staples include an apple-and-custard-filled croissant and a custard slice with pink sour cherry icing. “Growing up, we made a chocolate sponge with little crunchy flaked almonds for birthdays,” Maher says. “We’d pour ganache over the top and I thought it was the most amazing thing to see it drip down the side.” (The chocolate cake at Lannan is now made with buttermilk and rye.) Maher, who grew up in the Scottish Borders with an artist mother and a scientist father, appreciates the way baking fuses creativity and precision. It takes three days to produce all the laminated dough pastries in preparation for the bakery’s Thursday through Sunday open hours. After the pain Suisse or crème brûlée Danishes disappear, inevitably by around 9 a.m., out come the cakes (from fig leaf sponge to quince Bundt), jambon beurres and finally a few sliced-up Roman pizzas and oatmeal raisin cookies.
Delta Air Lines is celebrating the holiday season with its biggest-ever premium cabin sale for Cyber Monday and Travel Tuesday.
To date, 106 individuals have been named to the Hall of Leaders, U.S. Travel’s highest honor.
“We will continue to support local stakeholders in building a private sector consensus on what steps might bring about more collaborative approach to tourism strategy in the city. At present, the situation resembles an abusive relationship with money welcome, people not: this is unsustainable.” says EOTA.
The holiday season is a magical time to visit New York City. While Rockefeller Center is a must-see, thanks to its famous Christmas tree and ice skating rink, Manhattan has many other spots for taking in holiday lights and festivities.
Picture it: You move to New York City. The Big Apple. The city so nice, they named it twice.
CiCi has a routine every time she checks into a hotel room by herself.
When CiCi, a flight attendant who has worked at a major airline for five and a half years, told me that she always recommends booking early-morning flights, it made sense.
You have to hand it to The Standard: The hotel brand is approaching its 25th anniversary in 2024 and still manages to pack its hotels and litany of rooftop nightlife spots with guests and gawkers dying to be on the "it list."
Delta Air Lines is making a few big changes to its route network.
