Luxury hotels in Thailand will be hosting "The White Lotus" season three cast in February, and they're just as swanky as the last locations.
Reports emerged in April that the vacation-themed dark comedy would be filmed in Thailand, and anonymous Thai authorities and HBO executives shared two of the filming locations with Bloomberg.
That means travelers have a limited amount of time to book their luxurious hotel stays before they get the "White Lotus" treatment from fans. Filming is set to begin at the Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui in February and at the Anantara Mai Khao Villas Phuket in April.
As it stands, three nights in May in a serenity pool villa at the Four Seasons Koh Samui will cost about $1,281 a night on average for a one-bedroom villa. A four-bedroom residence villa with a pool will run about $7,746 per night.
For a villa at Anantara, the average rate is $781 per night for three nights in February.
If those price tags are out of budget, consider traveling to Phuket during the off-season in June for an average nightly rate of $270 at Anantara.
It boasts 83 pool villas designed after a Southern Thai village, award-winning Japanese restaurant Tree House, and Muay Thai kickboxing lessons.
At the Four Seasons, which offers both villas and private residences, guests can stay right on the beach and book private yacht excursions.
Although HBO, Four Seasons, and Anantara didn't immediately confirm the filming plans to Business Insider, the two resorts have blocked reservations for the months the show is expected to be shot.
Staff at both resorts can expect an uptick in interest in their properties. While season one of "White Lotus" was airing, web traffic to the Four Seasons Maui went up 425% year over year.
Searches for hotels and flights to Sicily from the US increased by over 50% while season two was airing at San Domenico Palace, a Four Seasons Hotel, according to Hopper.
If a luxe trip to Thailand is on your travel bucket list, you have until 2025 to book your stay at the resorts before "White Lotus" fans are rushing to plan similar vacations.
