Boutique hospitality company Noble House Hotels & Resorts has acquired an ownership stake in the Chatham Inn in Cape Cod, Mass.
Noble House will co-own the Chatham Inn with existing owners Kayla and Jeff Ippoliti.
Noble also will operate the hotel, which is in the Relais & Chateaux collection of luxury hotels and restaurants.
Located in Chatham, a town on the southeastern tip of Cape Cod, the 18-room Chatham Inn was built in 1830 and bills itself as the oldest continuously operating inn on Cape Cod.
The Chatham Inn is also known for its fine-dining restaurant, Cuvee, which serves four- and seven-course tasting menus that showcase "a modern, globally inspired and locally acquired representation of Cape Cod cuisine."
The property has operated as a Relais & Chateaux member since 2019.
The addition of the Chatham Inn grows Noble House's footprint to 24 hotels, resorts and tour experiences in North America.
