A new promotion allows Best Western Rewards members to earn double points on all stays between Sept. 3 and Nov. 18.
At more than 4,000 properties worldwide, members can earn double points on base rate stays after registering for the promotion — and there is no limit to how many bonus points members can earn with this new offer.
Existing bookings within the September-to-November stay window also count, provided the member registers for the promotion before their stay. A stay of just one night would count for this promotion, though you must book directly with Best Western, as rates booked through third parties such as travel agents do not count.
Per TPG's August 2024 valuations, Best Western Rewards points are worth 0.6 cents each. Members with entry-level Blue status ordinarily earn 10 points per dollar on most hotel stays, with elite members potentially earning up to 50% bonus points.

For example, a Diamond Select member participating in this promotion would ordinarily earn 15 points per dollar spent: the 10 base points awarded to every member and a 50% status bonus. The double points for this new promotion are awarded on base points only, so this member would earn 25 points per dollar, or 15 cents' worth of points for each dollar spent, a tidy return on your accommodation costs.
The double points will be awarded approximately two weeks after the member has completed each qualifying stay.
Whether you have an existing stay or are considering a new booking across the Best Western portfolio, which includes brands like BW Premier Collection, Glo, Vib and WorldHotels, you can earn double base points by registering for Best Western Rewards' new fall promotion.

A quick way to start a fight? Take a stance on the best bagel in New York City. This may be the world’s bagel capital, but there’s little consensus amongst New Yorkers about the platonic ideal. Perhaps the only elements that we can all agree upon are that the bagel should be freshly baked, and a selection of schmears must be available. Older-school bagel devotees often argue that a bagel must have a visible hole, be on the smaller side, and require a strong jaw to chew; others look for more modern pillowy rounds, reaching to sizes that can nearly eclipse a human palm.
