If you like shopping at Walmart and enjoy streaming shows and movies then you're in luck because Walmart+ includes a Paramount+ subscription at no additional cost.
Let's examine how The Platinum Card® from American Express cardholders can get Paramount+ for free.
Walmart+ members get a Paramount+ Essential streaming service subscription included with their membership. This is the basic plan from Paramount+ and does mention that it includes "limited ads." This new benefit was announced last month but is now live.
Paramount+ provides access to TV shows, movies, NFL games, soccer games from the U.S. and Europe, and live news around the clock with CBS. The Essential plan costs $4.99 per month but is included for free in a Walmart+ subscription.
You can activate your included Paramount+ membership by navigating to your Walmart+ account page and clicking the "How streaming works" button. You'll then be redirected to the Paramount+ benefit page.
From here, click "Get Paramount+," and you will be sent to the Paramount+ website to create an account.
You can choose to upgrade your Paramount+ Essential plan to Paramount+ with SHOWTIME for an additional $6.49 a month or $64.99 a year as part of your Walmart+ membership.

A Walmart+ membership offers various benefits, including free shipping on orders over $35, free grocery delivery and a 10 cents per gallon discount at Exxon, Mobil, Walmart and Murphy gas stations. This membership typically costs $12.95 per month or $98 per year.
However, those with the Amex Platinum can get a $155 Walmart+ membership credit each year, which covers the monthly subscription fee (subject to auto-renewal). First, enroll for this benefit within your cardmember benefits on the American Express website. Then, use your Platinum Card to pay for your monthly membership and receive a statement credit to reimburse this charge. Plus Up benefits are not eligible.
Recent data points tell us it takes three days on average to receive reimbursement via statement credit. To read more about the many benefits of the Platinum Card, read our full review here.

If you travel internationally at least a couple times per year, chances are you’ve thought about applying for Global Entry. The program gives members access to an expedited line at US Customs and Immigration checkpoints, allowing them to avoid lengthy wait times that become particularly painful during peak travel seasons. Although the Global Entry application process can take weeks or months to complete in full, it's a must-have for frequent flyers who want to make their airport experience as convenient as possible.
Crisscrossed with an impressive web of highways and byways, Washington is a typical US state. Driving is king for those who can afford it and public transportation outside of cities is relatively meager compared to countries in Europe, Asia or South America. Many visitors elect to rent cars and partake in that most romantic of American vacations: the road trip.
Planning an accessible road trip is getting a little easier for people with disabilities. There are more resources created by and for the disability community, and the tourism industry is starting to recognize the value of accessible travel. As a disabled, chronically ill, neurodivergent person, I take road trips every year and have learned some tips and tricks along the way.
