It's been a busy year for the Wells Fargo line of credit card offerings, and its newest card might be one of the best yet for small-business owners.
The no-annual-fee Signify Business Cash℠ Card by Wells Fargo comes with a flat 2% in cash rewards on all spending, plus the option to transfer your rewards to Wells Fargo's travel partners if you have another eligible card.
Here's what else to know about the new Signify Business Cash.
The information for the Signify Business Cash Card has been collected independently by The Points Guy. The card details on this page have not been reviewed or provided by the card issuer.
With no annual fee, the Wells Fargo Signify Business Cash figures to offer significant value to small-business owners who can take advantage of a flat 2% cash-back rate on all purchases, all the time.
This beats The American Express Blue Business Cash™ Card, which also earns 2% cash back on all purchases but has a cap of $50,000 per year (then 1%). It also beats Chase's Ink Business Unlimited® Credit Card, which earns 1.5% cash back on all purchases with no spending cap.
And while Chase and Amex points are more valuable than Wells Fargo points — per TPG valuations, they're worth 2.05 and 2 cents apiece, respectively, compared to Wells Fargo's 1.6 cents — the difference in earning rates means that the Signify Business Cash is still a more-than-worthy competitor in the space.
Additionally, if you have the Wells Fargo Autograph Journey℠ Card (see rates and fees) or Wells Fargo Autograph℠ Card (see rates and fees), you'll be able to convert your cash back to points and then transfer them to the issuer's five airline programs:
Or one hotel program:
The Signify Business Cash card comes with a welcome offer of $500 in cash rewards after you spend $5,000 in the first three months of card ownership.
The busy year for the Wells Fargo line of credit cards continues, and the new Signify Business Cash card might be one of its most valuable offerings yet.
A flat 2% cash-back rate for no annual fee is valuable, and if you have a consumer Wells Fargo card and believe in the potential of the issuer's growing rewards program, that's all the more reason to consider this new card.

Whitening. Herbal. Charcoal. Color changing? I'm in the toothpaste aisle at Target, dumbfounded by a selection that runs several shelves long and as many high. After more than 20 years in Cuba, where Close-Up and La Perla were the only choices for most of that time, I'm overwhelmed by the number of options. If Target triggers paralysis, I shudder to think what terror Costco might elicit.
