A new upscale resort is coming to the Florida Keys' Islamorada Village this fall.
The 15-acre oceanfront property is a redevelopment of the Islamorada Resort Collection's Postcard Inn Beach Resort & Marina and Pelican Cove Resort & Marina. Both shuttered last year.
The two resorts have undergone a renovation and consolidation and will be reborn as the Three Waters Resort & Marina. Three Waters will be part of Marriott International's Tribute Portfolio of independent hotels.
Three Waters will open with 214 guestrooms as well as nine restaurants and bars. Highlights include a reimagining of the Postcard Inn's Tiki Bar, with the new iteration to feature a midcentury modern aesthetic; Mercado Morada, a fast-casual concept serving Central American-inspired cuisine; and Little Limon, a cocktail and raw bar.
Other facilities include the Wave Motion Studio fitness area, two retail stores and a rum library.
The property will offer an adults-only resort-within-a-resort called The Cove, which will be home to a private lagoon beach and a healthy-dining concept called Hideaway. Accommodations will have king beds.

Water-centric programming will be a focus for the resort, such as fishing excursions, boating, jet ski tours and scuba and snorkeling. A water taxi, Rum Runner, will be available to transport guests to other resorts within the Islamorada Resort Collection (the Amara Cay Resort and La Siesta Resort & Villas).
Guests will also be able to book private seaplane service from Miami as well as private seaplane charters around the Keys. A 72-slip marina will have boat valet service.
