Low-cost Avelo Airlines is giving travelers an easy way to save 30% — whether for one-way flights or a round-trip ticket.
The carrier’s “Summer Sunset” sale, which is valid until tomorrow, August 5, at 11:59 p.m. PT, is eligible for all flights between August 28 and November 5 with no blackout dates. Travelers must use promo code “SUNSET30” under the “Have a promo code?” section on Avelo’s website or its app to get the 30% savings.
The 30% discount applies once per passenger, so the savings can stack up for those traveling with groups. However, it will only apply to the base fare of a round-trip ticket, which excludes any government taxes and fees.
Travel + Leisure successfully used the 30% promo code on several one-way flights:

The airline reported an impressive 80.9% on-time rate and a minimal 0.3% cancellation rate for the month of July, which is the best performance from any domestic carrier. Since launching its operations in 2021, Avelo flies with a simple mission of connecting smaller airports to popular travel destinations. The carrier has expanded its network rapidly over the past few years, even announcing its first-ever international destinations: Cancun and Montego Bay, Jamaica.
