Turkish Airlines commences its Istanbul - Turin flight route

Turkish Airlines begins daily flights between Istanbul and Turin, enhancing its Italian network and global reach as its 349th destination.

Flying to more countries than any other, Turkish Airlines added another destination to its robust flight network across the world by commencing daily flights between Istanbul and Turin on 10 July 2024. These flights, celebrated today at Turin Airport with the attendance of Turkish Airlines’ executives and distinguished members of the Piedmont community, will strengthen the global airline’s presence in Italy with Turin becoming its ninth destination in the country and 349th in the world.

The Istanbul – Turin route not only facilitates direct travel to Istanbul, one of the world’s foremost tourism and business destinations but also offers passengers seamless connections through flag carrier’s world renown flight network across six continents.

Commenting on the flights, Turkish Airlines CEO Bilal Ekşi stated: “We are glad to add Turin to our extensive flight network as our 349^th destination. By strengthening our ties with Italy with our ninth presence, our guests in Italy’s north-west will be able to enjoy our flag carrier’s unrivalled flight network during their travels, while our passengers from around the world will have the opportunity to experience the wonders of Turin, Italy’s first historical capital city, with the privilege of flying with Turkish Airlines”.
