Small ship operator Unforgettable Croatia is opening up bookings for private charters.
The company has six 38-guest vessels in its fleet, which usually depart from Split or Dubrovnik and sail along the coast of Croatia. Each ship has up to 19 cabins, as well as amenities ranging from a swim deck to a jacuzzi and a sundeck.
The ships are now available for 5- to 7-night private charters starting at $95,000 per week, which includes nine crew members onboard to operate the ship and serve the group. The company can also book all activities, including shore excursions, dining experiences, pre- and post-cruise hotel stays and more.
Departures are available from May to October, and guests can visit destinations like Hvar, Trogir, Vis, Korcula, Slano and Ston.
“The opportunity to explore the beautiful and historic cities along the Dalmatian coast at a personalized pace, with a dedicated crew, is a real bucket list experience that promises to create lifelong memories for everyone onboard,” says Graham Carter, chief commercial officer at Unforgettable Croatia. “The charters also offer exceptional value, as Croatia is an affordable destination with lower costs compared to many other regions in Europe or the Caribbean.”

The share of hotels sold via the direct channel in Spain increased by an average of 18% during the summer of 2024 over other channels thanks to the determination of the hoteliers to improve the profitability of the hotels again, according to data from Mirai. Although during the initial weeks of the UEFA Euro Cup 2024 sales growth slowed down, probably also due to the bad weather in Spain, in the last few days the company has observed that growth is picking up again. This rebound suggests a potentially very positive last-minute booking trend in most tourist destinations.

The report by the European Commission and the European Environment Agency once again shows that the quality of bathing water in Croatia is among the highest in Europe and ranks first when it comes to coastal bathing areas. The bathing water quality was monitored at 22,081 bathing sites across 27 member states, as well as Albania and Switzerland. Of the 936 bathing sites tested in 2023 in Croatia, 905, or 96.7%, were of excellent quality. When it comes to coastal bathing sites alone, Croatia ranks first in Europe, with 886 out of 894 tested waters being of excellent quality, which is 99.1%. Croatia’s clear clean and blue waters are the result of a combination of factors, including its high salt concentration, its geographic location, and its connection to Africa. These factors contribute to the growth of phytoplankton and a thriving marine ecosystem, making Croatian beaches a unique and beautiful destination for travellers from around the world.
