The UK’s leading provider of adult short break experiences, Warner Hotels, has revealed an exciting new rebrand, to be rolled out across its collection of unique country and coastal properties.
The new brand will be supported by a multi-channel marketing campaign – its biggest and boldest yet - including a playful TV advert that celebrates grown-up fun and the little moments of captured joy found on a Warner Hotels break. The first airing of the advert was unveiled on ITV1 at 8:40am during Good Morning Britian on Monday 15th July.
Refreshing the brand for a new era, the updated look and feel has been informed by an extensive research project that aimed to uncover the preferences and traits of its target audience to ensure the brand aligns with their desires and behaviours.
With guest experience firmly at the core of the Warner Hotels’ proposition, the study, supported by wider market trends, found that a vibrant, buzzing atmosphere, activity-based experiences, and having the freedom to holiday their way, were most important to guests.

Paul Pomroy, CEO of Warner Hotels, said, “It’s an exciting time for Warner Hotels, as we bolster everything we are known and loved for with a refreshed proposition that reflects the evolving needs of today’s holidaymaker. Our guests are at the very heart of our hotels, celebrated for their individual tastes and preferences which we aim to serve through our unique offering, to create personalised moments of joy.
“This rebrand signals a new era for the business and will be critical in continuing the impressive growth we’ve seen in recent years as the leading provider of adult short break experiences in the UK.”
The rebrand is the latest milestone in Warner Hotels’ growth journey, which has seen it invest circa £200m since it was acquired by Blackstone in 2021, to renovate, refurbish and expand its portfolio. This includes the 180-bedroom, Runnymede on Thames hotel, in Windsor, set for its grand reopening in late 2024.
The new Warner Hotels’ brand identity will be rolled out through a multi-channel marketing campaign and across properties in the coming months.

Before Australia’s East Coast burnished its reputation as a haven of sun, sand and sea, it was the temperate climate of Tasmania, the country’s largest island, that lured visitors from across the British Empire. Sometimes called the “sanitarium of the south,” it was noted for its salubrious climes, which were considered an antidote to havoc wrought on delicate constitutions by tours in the equatorial colonies. Some two centuries later, the heart-shaped landmass 150 miles off the mainland’s southeast coast is still seen as a place of invigorating isolation.
The share of hotels sold via the direct channel in Spain increased by an average of 18% during the summer of 2024 over other channels thanks to the determination of the hoteliers to improve the profitability of the hotels again, according to data from Mirai. Although during the initial weeks of the UEFA Euro Cup 2024 sales growth slowed down, probably also due to the bad weather in Spain, in the last few days the company has observed that growth is picking up again. This rebound suggests a potentially very positive last-minute booking trend in most tourist destinations.
