Zartico appoints Regine Lawton as CTO and expands Nicole Brownell’s role to CXO and CPO, reinforcing its commitment to technological advancement and diversity in leadership.
SALT LAKE CITY – Zartico, a leading technology company, announced the addition of Regine Lawton as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and an expanded role for Nicole Brownell, who will now serve as both Chief Experience Officer (CXO) and Chief Product Officer (CPO). These appointments come as Zartico continues to invest in technology and products while achieving its mission to Dream in Color and Code through a diverse workforce and leadership team.

Regine Lawton brings over three decades of experience leading digital transformations and driving innovation to deliver growth, efficiencies and scale including Modern Technologies Consulting, AeroVironment, Technicolor and Apple Computer. In her new role at Zartico, Regine Lawton will support the company’s ongoing evolution to further advance technological capabilities.
Nicole Brownell will also be expanding her role to serve as both CXO and CPO, overseeing the Experience and Product Teams for a complete approach to innovation and delivery. With the expansion of her role to CPO, Brownell is responsible for the full life cycle of the customer experience, from oversight of Zartico’s product vision, strategy and product development, to how Zartico products reach the hands of the customers to provide maximum value and adoption. This expanded role ensures that Brownell and Lawton work closely together on continued product innovation and ensures a seamless rollout of new capabilities and services available to Zartico clients.
One of the team’s first initiatives is developing a suite of marketing optimization tools to improve and demonstrate marketing campaign performance. Zartico’s proprietary data model and algorithm illuminates the hidden patterns of people and places to help clients find more of the right customers at the right time.
