Meanwhile, Sandra Álvarez Mollá is an experienced customer success professional with a proven track record of excellence in B2B customer service. She joins from HR tech company Happydonia, and gained detailed knowledge of software in her time in Ireland at customer service software Zendesk and website builder Wix, among others. Sandra is poised to incorporate technology and AI into Avantio’s customer care team to continue offering best-in-class customer service to Avantio’s clients all over the world.
Avantio was founded in 2001 in Valencia, Spain, by Manuel Giner Nadal, a third-generation property manager who began developing software to solve the issues his family saw in their own business.
