Low-cost Breeze Airways is back with one of its biggest route announcements of the year with new cities and routes ahead of the upcoming fall and winter seasons.
Most notably, the airline will add five new destinations to its route map: Newark, Daytona Beach, Erie, Penn., South Bend, Indiana, and Wilmington, North Carolina. In total, Breeze will launch nearly 20 new routes and connect existing airports on the map.
“With the addition of Newark, Breeze now serves four New York City area airports while continuing to expand our footprint across the U.S.,” said Breeze Airways CEO David Neeleman in a statement shared with T+L. “By connecting the dots between underserved city pairs, we are giving travelers more options than ever to fly affordably and comfortably to over 60 destinations across 30 states on more than 200 nonstop flights.”
The new flights will begin in late October through the end of 2024, with a significant expansion from Sarasota:
All of these new services will operate on a twice-weekly schedule. The airline has several other routes to kick off 2025:
For a limited time, Breeze has 35 percent off round-trip base fares to celebrate the new flights with promo code “TRIPLE” on its website or app. The sale is valid until Friday, August 9, at 11:59 p.m. PT, for travel from Aug. 28 to Feb. 4, 2025, and from April 28 to March 13, 2025, though there are several blackout dates around the holidays.
