China's Domestic Flight Capacity to Soar 34% Above 2019 Levels

The U.S. and China will improve air connectivity and streamline visa processing, said Chinese President Xi Jinping in public remarks on Wednesday. Xi made the remarks at a dinner hosted by the National Committee on U.S.-China Relations and US-China Business Council. 

One knock-on effect of the conflicts taking place in Europe and the Middle East is that airlines and passengers are seeing an increase in costs and flight times, as planes have to be rerouted across large parts of the world.
