Bistro Verde: Bistro Verde is Nordstrom’s flagship restaurant that you will find at many store locations. This family-friendly stop focuses on classic bistro fare, using the highest quality ingredients. Favorites include lobster bisque, a signature salad, a cheeseburger or halibut fish and chips. And if you just cannot get enough, you can order a meal to go. There are multi-course meals for two or an a la carte entrée that feeds four. These include spaghetti and meatballs or pan-seared chicken with spinach.
Jeannie’s: In collaboration with Seattle-based chef Tom Douglas, a James Beard Award winner, Jeannie's menu features homemade pizza, (and offers cauliflower crusts), creative sandwiches and tasty salads.
