Low-cost carrier Frontier Airlines is expanding service across a dozen different airports in time for summer.
The airline will launch nonstop flights from 12 different cities across the country in June and July, according to Frontier. The flights include popular destinations like Savannah, Chicago, and Seattle (a city the airline said it wanted to target earlier this week).
“As consumers look to take to the skies this summer for leisure or business travel, we’re thrilled to further expand our route map from coast to coast,” Josh Flyr, the vice president of network and operations design at Frontier Airlines, said in a statement. “More destinations from more airports means Frontier Airlines can provide ‘Low Fares Done Right’ to even more customers during the busy summer travel season.”
To celebrate the new routes, Frontier is offering flights starting at just $19. To take advantage, travelers must book by 11:59 p.m. ET on April 10 and fly from June 5 through Aug. 31. The sale also includes several blackout dates, including July 1, July 4 to 8, July 11 to 15, July 18 to 22, and July 25 to 29.

The effort to expand comes as Frontier is shifting its strategy, cutting flights to popular and “oversaturated” vacation markets like Florida and Las Vegas and instead “increasing service in certain markets that are underserved and or overpriced,” Frontier recently shared with Travel + Leisure.
The airline has also started to offer travelers more luxury choices, like introducing a new economic business class, BizFare, in February, and adding an “UpFront Plus” option last month, which allows travelers to purchase seats in the first two rows with a blocked middle seat for added comfort.
Historically, Frontier is an ultra-low cost airline and charges extra for things like seat assignments, carry-on baggage, and checked baggage.
