Uniworld Boutique River Cruises is celebrating the extra calendar day in February with a special leap year flash sale. Travelers can save up to 50 percent off select European river cruises with two-for-one fares.
The deal starts February 13 and ends February 29. Each week during that period, Uniworld will release a new batch of 10 cruises eligible for the two-for-one discount. (The second and third batches will be released on February 20 and February 26.)
Travelers can enjoy savings on some of the cruise line’s most popular trips, including “Brilliant Bordeaux” on three rivers in France and “Highlights of Eastern Europe” on the Danube River.
“This sale gives guests, both brand new and repeat, the opportunity to experience a quintessential Uniworld sailing, at a price point that only comes around every few years,” says Ellen Bettridge, Uniworld Boutique River Cruises’ president and chief executive officer. “We want to encourage travelers to seize the (extra) day and book those bucket-list trips for spring and summer.”
In addition to the flash sale, Uniworld is also offering savings for solo travelers by waiving the single supplement on select cruises, such as “Venice & The Jewels of Veneto” and “Castles Along the Rhine.” The cruise line’s wave season promotion is also still running, offering savings of up to $3,000 per person. Both of those deals are also valid on new bookings made by February 29.
