Las Vegas will soon get another European route this fall.
Starting Oct. 25, Irish carrier Aer Lingus will launch 3x weekly service between Dublin and Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas, announced Tuesday. The airline will fly its widebody Airbus A330-300 aircraft, the largest in its fleet, which can seat up to 317 passengers.
Aer Lingus will operate the seasonal service through April 29, 2025, with the following schedule:
To celebrate the new flight, Aer Lingus is offering introductory round-trip fares for under $550 on its website.
«Aer Lingus is bringing this iconic destination to Irish customers seeking an escape to the winter sun,» said CEO of Aer Lingus, Lynne Embleton, in a statement. «In addition to the warm climate, Las Vegas is renowned for being one of the greatest entertainment capitals in the world, famous for its shows, concerts, sports events, and natural wonders.”
Dublin will become the sixth European city accessible to travelers based in Las Vegas, following existing services to Amsterdam, Frankfurt, London, Manchester, and Zurich. Likewise, Aer Lingus says its Dublin hub will serve as a gateway for passengers visiting from Ireland or elsewhere in its European network by offering seamless connections.
In total, Aer Lingus operates more than a dozen nonstop flights between the U.S. and Ireland and has seen particular success from smaller cities like Cleveland and Minneapolis.
When flying home from Ireland, traveling via Dublin Airport is a breeze as it houses a “U.S. Preclearance” facility in Terminal 2. This unique facility allows passengers to clear U.S. security and customs even before flying home, saving up to two hours in travel time, according to the airport.
