Hotels are always opening across the U.S. as hospitality giants such as Hilton, Marriott and Hyatt expand their footprint and charming new boutiques pop up.
This fall will see a handful of exceptional additions, including in some marquee destinations.
Here are a few of the hotel openings you'll want to know about this autumn.
The 140-room Aloft Denver Downtown has reopened following a $3 million renovation. Highlights of the new-look property include updated guest rooms and an improved lobby, food and beverage spaces, fitness center and social lounge, among other things.
Opening October 16 in the Big Apple, the newly restored Fifth Avenue Hotel will feature 153 rooms in NoMad, offering guests private terraces and coveted accommodations crafted by acclaimed interior designer Martin Brudnizki.
The property also features a signature restaurant from James Beard Award-winning chef Andrew Carmellini in Café Carmellini and sophisticated cocktails and elevated bar fare at the inviting Portrait Bar.

Debuting in late fall, Conrad Orlando will feature 433 rooms, including 51 suites and 10 spacious family suites.
The hotel will also boast 40,000 square feet of indoor meeting space, a Conrad Spa with a private water garden and a handful of dining options including a signature rooftop experience.
As part of Evermore Orlando Resort convenient to Walt Disney World, guests can also look forward to a 20-acre tropical beach and a pair of Jack Nicklaus-designed golf courses, among other amenities.
The 35-story Ritz-Carlton Residences will open in Downtown Portland, Oregon this October, debuting 132 luxury condos and 251 hotel rooms. Rooms at the $600 million property will start from $473 a night. Meanwhile, the bottom floors will comprise office space, hotel meeting rooms and retail space.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Asheville Downtown is coming to North Carolina's Blue Ridge Mountains this December. The new property will offer 188 suites and more than 6,000 square feet of meeting space close to tourist attractions such as the Biltmore Estate and premier hiking and mountain biking.
The hotel even features a rooftop bar and restaurant in addition to complimentary made-to-order breakfast.
Opening this October, WaterWalk Jacksonville is an extended-stay hotel with available furnished and unfurnished units with in-unit amenities including washer and dryer, full kitchens and bathrooms.
The property's community amenities will include a pool, fitness center, fire pit area and lawn games.

Traveler satisfaction with North American airports climbed this year despite numerous challenges from an ongoing pilot shortage to record passenger volumes.According to the J.D. Power 2023 North America Airport Satisfaction Study released Wednesday, overall satisfaction improved by 3 points to 780 on a 1,000-point scale. The rise was propelled by improvements in three key areas, including terminal facilities, food and beverage and retail service and baggage claim.The study, currently in its 18th year, examines overall traveler satisfaction with mega (33 million or more passengers a year), large (10 to 32.9 million passengers a year) and medium (4.5 to 9.9 million passengers a year) North American airports across six factors, including terminal facilities; airport arrival/departure; baggage claim; security check; check-in/baggage check; and food, beverage and retail.The big winners among North American airports were Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (800) Tampa International Airport (832) and Indianapolis International Airport (843), which ranked highest among mega, large and medium airports, respectively. 2023 marks the second straight year that Tampa and Indy have won their respective categories.
