When talking about the Mexican Caribbean, you immediately think of the turquoise color of the sea, the beaches of fine and soft sand, the jungle, and the great archaeological sites of the Mayan culture that, like Tulum, loom imposing perched on cliffs on the seashore.

In the 15th century, the Chapultepec Forest in Mexico City was laid out by aqueducts that carried water from the streams to the baths and temazcales (a steam bath). At that time, it was the greenest area in the basin.

Tequila and mezcal are drunk in a caballito, a special glass for these Mexican drinks. Pulque and tepache can be drunk in a beer mug, and aguas frescas (flavored fresh waters) in a traditional glass.

Mexico, with its geographic and cultural diversity, offers a variety of options to appreciate the fleeting beauty of sunrises and sunsets.
