ORLANDO -- A buzzing sound filled the air in Disney Springs, along with a steadily building score of music. Lights, seemingly moving of their own accord, made their way across the water, twinkling blue and white in the dark.
Next month, Nick Ozemba and Felicia Hung, the co-founders of the Brooklyn-based design studio In Common With, plan to open Quarters, a shop housed in a 19th-century TriBeCa loft. The 8,000-square-foot space is laid out like a well-appointed home: Guests enter through the library and can wander the great room, bedroom, dining room, kitchen, bar and lounge at their leisure. Everything within — furniture, lighting, art and even the pantry provisions — is available for purchase. Ozemba and Hung collaborated with several of their creative friends on the objects and décor that fill the space. They designed the tiling throughout with the New York City-based artist Shane Gabler, while a fresco depicting eels with earrings by the painter Claudio Bonuglia adorns a portion of the bar and lounge, which will open for evening service beginning this summer. The furniture on display is a mix of restored vintage pieces and new designs by Ozemba and Hung, some of which can be customized with imagery drawn up by various tattoo artists. “We’ll be able to sit down with people and play,” Ozemba says of the space’s potential to spur conversation and inspire new projects. “Retail shouldn’t be so serious. Take off your shoes and have a glass of wine.”
The Faroe Islands are perfect for families who love fresh air, outdoor fun and freedom.
I've been going to Disney World since I was a kid, and I've grown accustomed to the routines necessary to get on the most possible rides during my visits. Whether it's getting to the parks before the gates open and beelining to popular attractions like Seven Dwarfs Mine Train or Peter Pan's Flight at rope drop or mastering techniques for using Disney's virtual queue system to get on rides like Tron Lightcycle / Run, I have lots of pixie-dusted tricks up my sleeve.

Walt Disney World's after-hours parties, like Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, offer guests a unique opportunity to visit Disney World's theme parks at night after they've closed to daytime guests. This means lower crowds, shorter wait times and experiences that are only available to party guests.
Ask a returning family about their trip to Walt Disney World, and you might hear the common refrain: "My kids just wanted to swim in the pool the whole time!"
Nestled in the Rocky Mountains in Alberta is a whimsical collection of tiny homes called Charmed Resorts, and it looks like it's straight out of a fairy tale.
Yellowmeal has been a cupboard staple of Irish kitchens for nearly 200 years. Its prevalence in Ireland is little known outside the country, as is the fact that it became a staple as a direct result of its use during the Great Irish Famine of the mid 19th Century.
