North American travel restaurateur expands Food and Beverage offerings with mix of beloved local and national brands.
ATLANTA – Leading North American airport concessionaire Paradies Lagardère announces the newest culinary and retail offerings at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) and Will Rogers World Airport in Oklahoma City (OKC).
These first-quarter offerings feature both high-quality, sit-down restaurant experiences with local flavor plus grab-and-go offerings from top brands.
“We’re excited to continue evolving the airport concession programs in Atlanta, Boston and Oklahoma City,” says Claude Guillaume, senior vice president of restaurant operations for Paradies Lagardère’s Dining Division. “Travelers will truly delight in this lineup of beloved local restaurants and iconic brands. There’s something for everyone, from leisurely and indulgent meals to healthy choices to quick pick-me-ups.”
New additions in Concourse T-North at ATL include globally recognized coffee brand Starbucks, which opened on Jan. 17 and offers an order and pay ahead option through the Starbucks app, and Tropical Smoothie Cafe an Atlanta-based casual restaurant chain known for a wide array of fruit smoothies, salads, wraps, sandwiches and flatbreads that appeal to health-conscious individuals. Tropical Smoothie Cafe opened on March 19, making it the second airport location for the brand operated by Paradies Lagardère.
At BOS, Paradies Lagardère highlighted the city’s local flavor with the March 9 opening of Fox & Flight, celebrity chef Karen Akunowicz’s take on the cuisine of Modena, Italy. The soul-satisfying menu of Italian fare focuses on handmade pastas and bright antipasti dishes plus aperitivo and amaro programs.
A much-anticipated addition to OKC, local favorite Hatch Early Mood Food opened on Feb. 20 and serves inventive breakfast and lunch dishes in a vibrant and inviting atmosphere meant to start the day off on a positive note.
