RoomRaccoon has named Cyril Lavenant as the new Global Head of Customer Success, bringing over 20 years of leadership experience to enhance service for hoteliers using its management system.

Cyril joins RoomRaccoon with over two decades of experience in sales and revenue development leadership roles. Most recently, Cyril was the Chief Revenue Officer at DataMa, an innovative company offering augmented analytics solutions, where he was responsible for growing revenue and enhancing customer success.
In his new role, Cyril will lead the team supporting over 2,000 properties across the globe to ensure they can provide exceptional guest experiences while exceeding their business goals with the technology RoomRaccoon provides. With over 10,000 active users, Cyril will spearhead customer-centric strategies and engage customers to leverage the full power of RoomRaccoon.
