MADEIRA ISLAND, PORTUGAL – Savoy Signature, a leading name in the luxury hotel industry, announces the appointment of Roberto Santa Clara as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This strategic move reflects Savoy Signature’s commitment to its projected expansion strategy and reinforces its position as a pioneer in the hospitality sector.
Formerly the Director of Madeira Airports, Santa Clara started his career in 1996 as the Marketing Director of Empresa de Cervejas da Madeira. In the 20 years following, he held high-level positions as the Deputy Director of Madeira Airport and Deputy Director of Lisbon Airport before returning back to Madeira Promotion Bureau as Executive Director in 2020.

In his new role as CEO, he will be responsible for spearheading the evolution of Savoy Signature’s destinations, defining and executing strategic initiatives, and focusing on brand coordination and expansion.
