Monday
Cove Hollow Tavern offers a $39 three course prix-fixe from 5 p.m. - 6 p.m. Thursdays through Mondays. Options are ample enough for diners to become regulars, with offerings including house salad, rigatoni with mushroom bolognese, a burger with fries, and a warm chocolate brownie for dessert.
Tuesday
Coche Comedor celebrates Taco Tuesday with $20 Pork Barbacoa, a typically $26 large plate served with rich pork broth, hand-pressed tortillas, avocado salsa, cilantro and onions.
A burger and a beer go for $25 every Tuesday at Almond in Bridgehampton.
Wednesday
Bridgehampton’s Almond offers $25 bottomless mussels and fries on Wednesdays.
Nick and Toni’s offers a $29 pasta and pizza prix-fixe on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. Choose a farm fresh salad followed by a pizza or pasta dish, plus ricotta cake with strawberry mousse for dessert.
Amagansett’s Coche Comedor offers its “winner winner chicken dinner” for $20 (typically $26) on Wednesdays, including a half rotisserie chicken with potatoes, onions and peppers, plus your choice of sauce — mole rojo, mole negro, salsa chipotle or salsa verde - and hand-pressed tortillas.
Thursday
In Bridgehampton, Almond hosts Thursday ramen night, creating bowls of noodle soup for $29, lush with ample produce and products for a truly unique creation.
